To enroll in digital banking, simply visit https://www.hanabank.us/ and click on the LOGIN button. You will be directed to the Bank’s digital banking sign on screen.

Click the “Enroll” hyperlink on the right side of the page. You will be required to enter your social security number (SSN) your primary Hana Bank USA, National Association deposit account number (Account #) and your email address on file with Hana Bank USA, National Association (Email). After entering the required information click Continue. You will be guided through the process of reviewing and accepting the internet banking agreement to complete your registration.

Please be aware that after you complete registration you will be sent an email from Hana Bank USA, National Association containing a temporary user ID and Password. You should receive this email within one hour of registration, so please check your spam filter and junk mail box if you do not receive the email. Upon receiving the email you must click the link contained in the email to change your temporary password, select multifactor authentication images and set challenge questions that will be known only to you to complete the registration process.

In order to submit an International Debit Card Usage Request, please contact one of our branch or send message through online or mobile banking.

Please find the instructions to go paperless and receive e-Statements below:
  1. Log into the Hana Bank USA online or mobile banking
  2. Click your account button on the Dashboard
  3. Select the option for e-Statements enrollment
  4. Click to enroll for e-Statements
 
Kindly be advised that once you have enrolled for e-Statements, you will be able to view your statements online only from the time you have enrolled going forward.
Your recent Zelle transaction attempt might get locked as a security measure if it was being sent to a new first-time recipient or the amount was maxing out the limit. To unlock please contact your branch for assistance or send message through online/mobile banking.
Unfortunately, Zelle is currently only available to personal customer checking accounts, and not to business accounts In order to use Zelle, you would need a personal account.
